2007 ECSCA Health Survey |
Zoomerang Survey Results 2007 ECSCA Health Survey Response Status: Completes and Partials Filter: No filter applied Feb 17, 2007 7:24 PM PST Once again it is time to conduct our four-year survey of health in the English Cocker Spaniel. There are many reasons a survey benefits our breed. Here are just a few: 1). It's an opportunity for breeders and owners to share information and provide a comparison of their animals' health concerns with others. 2). It serves as a means for documenting common health problems for our breed. 3). It provides a foundation for measuring our future needs and where to focus our concerns. 4). The results can provide a forum for discussion of health concerns within our breed. This survey will have a cut-off date of February 14, 2007. After this date no responses will be accepted. All respondant email addresses will be stripped from the information so the results will remain confidential. As you will see, we've moved into the 21st century and are trying our first online survey. We hope that you will find this approach user friendly and not as time consuming. Please take a few minutes to respond to all the questions. Once you've completed the survey all you have to do is hit send! Each email address will have two opportunities to take the survey. This option was chosen because once the survey is opened whether it's completed or not it is recognized as being completed; therefore, please complete the survey once you open it and hit send immediately. Only one survey should be submitted per household. Once you start the survey you must complete it. You can't 'save' it and go back to it later. Should you have an interruption and loose the opportunity to finish the survey you'll have that 'second chance' opportunity. DIRECTIONS: Check the appropriate answer and/or use the drop down box to respond. Once you respond and move to the next page you can't go backwards in the survey to change a response. If the question doesn't apply to you skip it and go on to the next. All responses are anonymous. There are 29 multiple choice questions and 56 yes/no questions. The questions are in short sentence form. Completion time should be approximately 15 minutes or less. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. In the last four years I have owned____English Cockers.
