Illustrations include head studies, bone structure and movement. The illustrated breed standard is available for purchase. See our order form for this booklet and other informative material on the English Cocker Spaniel.

The ECSCA, Inc. also considers the "total English Cocker Spaniel" to be an integral part of the breed. The English Cocker Spaniel excels in the field as a flushing spaniel and in other performance events. When judging the breed consideration must be always given to their ability to perform the function they were bred to do. English Cockers today are seen in the show ring, field and performance events. To learn about English Cockers in these events, the following judges who are familiar with English Cockers can be helpful.

Contact information for judges can be obtained from the American Kennel Club Judges Directory.
