TIPS FOR COMPLETING THE E.C.S.C.A. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM:
(and to avoid having the application returned for being incomplete!)

  1. Only one (1) individual per application form! (The ECSCA at this time does not offer a joint family membership option.) Be sure to remit the $10 non-refundable Entrance Fee with each application (Junior applicants do not have to pay this fee) - check payable to ECSCA.
  2. Please PRINT all your information -- thank you.
  3. Be certain to answer the question on the form "Why do you wish to become a member of the ECSCA?". Since the space on the form is small, please use a separate piece of paper.
  4. Proposer and Seconders:
    1. All must be members in good standing of the ECSCA for five (5) or more years, and should know you personally.
    2. Only one member of a family may sign on your behalf, i.e. a husband and wife, or a brother and sister, may not both sign for you as proposers or seconders.
    3. You may not just print the names of your proposer and/or seconders - they are required to sign the actual form and then print their names on the line below.
  1. Always be certain to list every ECSCA member you know, above and beyond your proposer and seconders.

Thank You!
The Corresponding Secretary for ECSCA
